The "Hiba" restaurant provides a tasting meal based on alternating seasonal ingredients. The diners enjoy a double-digit number of dishes. The frequently changing menu, along with the rituals of a tasting meal in a spectacular and mesmerizing space, made us create a concept inspired by a theater play in three acts - inspired by the structure of a meal in the restaurant. The cocktails are all poured like wine, aromatic but at the same time strive to maintain their place as secondary characters in the main storyline of the protagonist - the food.
