The "Hiba" restaurant provides a tasting meal based on alternating seasonal ingredients. The diners enjoy a double-digit number of dishes. The frequently changing menu, along with the rituals of a tasting meal in a spectacular and mesmerizing space, made us create a concept inspired by a theater play in three acts - suited for the structure of a meal. The cocktails are all poured like wine, aromatic but at the same time strive to maintain their place as secondary characters in the main storyline of the protagonist - the food.
