“Mashya” as a restaurant represents a young spirit, innovation, and a futuristic approach. It is not identified with a particular cuisine, and there are no compromises when it comes to raw materials. A restaurant that would want to understand what process the ingredients went through and why.

We created eight drinks, and the thread connecting them is a bank of unique ingredients used in different ways throughout the restaurant's cocktail menu. Elements such as tea, fruit extracts, spices, and distinctive alcohol sorts.The cocktails are straightforward, and their inspiration is a spectrum of textures. Instead of a cocktail suitable for the beginning or the end of a meal - we focus on textures and culinary connection to the style of the dishes served.
