In recent years, we have experienced a revolution in the Israeli cocktail scene. There are more cocktails around town; the crowd is open for new adventures and is expecting innovative flavors. The tasting nights will focus on cocktails we create for projects we're involved in. We will discuss current trends and the industry's future as we see it and share our inspirations and approach for cocktail creation.
